Warranty?
- Our blades are guaranteed for one year from purchase date from any and all manufacturing defects or issues. Please reach out via email (preferred) or telephone through our Contact Us to speak with our Customer Support Team with any issues, and we will happily address them. Please include your order number when filling out the contact us form to expedite the process.
- Any grips not made by BloodOath Instruments will have a limited warranty and will be replaced if the grip is defective upon receiving. Misuse of the grip hardware or damage from the user will not warrant a replacement and will need to be purchased separately.
Usage?
- All tools and instruments are designed for their intended use only. BloodOath Instruments LLC is not liable for misuse of the product or the individuals injury due to misuse of any product purchased from us.
Maintenance?
- We recommend applying a light coat of oil to your knife's screws and blade to avoid rust and corrosion as needed, depending on your environmental conditions.
- Sharpen as needed and use a quality stone or sharpening tool.
Safety?
- The blade or instrument purchased will come out of the packaging very sharp, please be careful. If necessary, seek instruction on the proper use of the blade or instrument you have purchased and intend to use. BloodOath Instruments LLC is not liable for misuse of the product or the individuals injury due to misuse.
Shipping?
- We ship to the United States and APO addresses via United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is available on all products for a calculated rate. BloodOath Instruments is not responsible for customs or duty fees when shipping overseas. If you have questions about shipping please contact us at Sales@bloodoathinstruments.com. We do not work at USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any other shipping firm. If an issue arrises with an order, get with the delivery agent first and then contact us. We will be more than happy to get your issue addressed in a timely manner.
Custom Orders?
- BloodOath Instruments does not do custom engravings at this time. If you have a special purchase or project, please reach out via our Contact Us to speak with our Customer Support Team to discuss the purchase or project you have in mind.
Pre-orders?
- Pre-orders when they occur will last for two weeks from stated start date or until they are sold out.
- When you pre-order you are committing to order until it is delivered in hand. At that time, you may request an RMA.
Why are you showing pictures of a pre-order product on social media when I don't have my pre-order?
- We will frequently post photos on our socials to keep engagement. Any photos of a knife that is currently in production is a prototype and not for sale. Dumb comments on our socials will be deleted instead of engaged, we won't feed the stupidity beast and neither should you.
The time quoted for the pre-order has gone past. Is the product still coming?
- Yes, your order is still coming and at times quoted production times get pushed. There are rare occasions production is under the quoted time, in which case we are all happy. Please be patient if the time is taking a bit longer than expected. We don't like pushed times either.
