Returns will be accepted for a 100% refund as long as the blade, instrument, or tool is unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Returns WILL NOT be allowed on damaged or broken products due to customer use or misuse of the product.
If you have received the wrong item, please reach out via email sales@bloodoathinstruments.com (preferred) through our Contact Us to speak with our Customer Support Team with any issues, and we will happily resolve the issue at hand. Please include your order number when filling out the contact us form to expedite the process.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the ordering being placed.
Shipping will be fairly quick once order is placed on a working day (Mon-Fri).
If order can't be cancelled in time, a return will be initiated.
Shipping Delays
BloodOath will not be responsible for delays in shipping as we do not work for any shipping company.
If a delay does occur, please give the delivering agent a couple of days to produce the package.
Lost packages will be addressed with the delivering agent first. (i.e you go to your local USPS/UPS/FEDEX and see about the status of an undelivered package.
Stolen packages will need a police report filed and sent to us before we start the process of a refund or new package.
